HDEs TMV package is a turn key Infrared Asphalt repair machine that will heat up, and soften a localized area of the surface course of asphalt, so that it can be reworked and re-compacted, to eliminate the surface deterioration. The highly efficient infrared heaters, can soften 2.5” of asphalt to original mixing temperatures in 5 to 10 minutes with out burning the asphalt. Potholes, surface cracks, bad joints, bird baths, catch basins, and manholes can be economically repaired with minimal time expended and minor traffic re-routing through-out the year.

This is a proven cost effective and more efficient that the conventional cut and patch method. Hot- in-Place recycling has been popular for many years but has become increasingly popular due to recent budget cutbacks and recycling awareness.
